Plastic injection mold for household sink drain seals used virtually worldwide. Crating is included in the sales price. Shot size is 12 grams polyethylene. One cavity of each of the four common seals in long wearing heat treated H13 tool steel. Cycle time is about 28 seconds.
Mold dimensions are 8" x 10" x 10" stack height, 3.990" diameter locating ring, 1/2 sprue bushing radius. Detailed mold design is included.

Uncrated weight is about 240 pounds, likely crate dimensions will be 12" x 12" x 15. Spare cavities and cores in hardened H13, includes spare O rings, spare brass waterline baffles, ejection springs, etc.

Mold was constructed for: 1 1/4" seal, 1 1/2" seal, 1 1/2 " to 1 1/4" reducer seal, and 1 1/2 sink drain flanged (tailpiece) seal. Mold was constructed about 10 years ago, has no rust due to proper storage.
