18g shot capacity (1.1 cubic inch). MAX Temperature - 500 F (260 C). Suitable Materials - PP, PE, PS, ABS, TPE, PMMA, TPU, TPV, EVA. NOT SUITED for - PC, PET, PVC, NYLON.
PLEASE NOTE: We have ONLY used Polypropylene (PP) pellets for this machine. We have never tried any other. We have only set the temperature up to 430 F since that is the melt temp of the plastics we used. PLEASE NOTE: Some assembly WILL BE REQUIRED.
You will need to screw on the toggle clamp (nuts and washers provided) and also align the machine according to the height and alignment of your mold. We have included the Instruction Manual. PLEASE NOTE: You may need to purge the barrel to get rid of the older plastic that is already in the barrel. The last plastic used is Polypropylene in BLACK color. All you will need to do for purging is keep putting pellets into the hopper (make sure the machine is set to the acceptable temp for your plastic) and continue to plunge until the color of your plastic comes out and you do not see anymore black color mixed in.

PLEASE NOTE: Wonderful little machine and perfect for hobbyists and/or small manufacturing businesses alike. We hate to see it go, but we have upgraded to something more effective for our shop.

PLEASE NOTE: Will come with 2 aluminum "empty" mold frames so you can make epoxy molds and 3d printed molds (2 different sizes, 1 small, 1 large), 1 sample aluminum mold (fishing lure), toggle clamp and some allen wrenches and combo wrenches used for maintaining the machine. Box will be heavy (between 80 - 100 lbs) and will be boxed up in a wooden crate. Injection Molding Machine LNS Technologies Model 150A. 1x SMALL Aluminum Frame for 3d printed or epoxy molds.
