Offered here is a Plastic Injection Mold Frame, likely DME mfg. From the 1960s or 1970s, listed for the original owner, it is tooled to make the rings in the pics.

The largest is 11/16"-3/4", 1/2" deep and 1/8" thick. Has not been taken apart since removed from service, nothing missing. Please see photos, additional available on request. Local Pick-up available, Forklift loading.
